16 years in private practice seeing adults and children.
13 years as a part-time specialist in the NHS working with children,
teenagers and their families within two CAMHS teams.
I provide supervision to counsellors from many organisations (which
have included NSPCC, Mind, Adsis, and HM Armed Forces), and also
supervise counselling students.
I have extensive experience in providing specialist attachment
therapy to Looked After children, working to the Daniel Hughes
model.
I offer workplace counselling and critical incident debriefing
following traumatic events, and contract with employers and EAPS
to offer free counselling to employees with personal or work-related
problems.
I adhere to the BACP's Code of Ethics and Practice, am fully insured
and have obtained enhanced CRB disclosure.
I have a private, cosy consulting room in Uttoxeter, just off

I have recently introduced the option of Animal Assisted Therapy to my counselling practice.
